I’m Christopher, a seasoned design engineer & fullstack engineer passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences that prioritize security and performance.
With over two decades of experience, my journey began in 2003 when I founded a web agency, building advanced web applications for the film industry. This early experience set the foundation for my future work pushing the envelope of the Web.
At Mozilla, I worked on high-availability APIs and was at the forefront of groundbreaking web technologies, building tooling and immersive experiences. I co-created the A-Frame framework, led efforts to build VR browsers, and worked on standards that shaped the future of web-based virtual reality. My collaborations with industry leaders like Oculus, Microsoft, and NASA and my role in key W3C initiatives pushed the limits of what browsers could do, especially in immersive tech.
Post-Mozilla, I led frontend efforts at startups like Aalto and Tome, focusing on product design, engineering, and privacy. Today, through my freelance studio, I tackle complex challenges whilst creating sleek, high-performance web apps that stand out.
